GetIntro is a mobile app that is designed to people find business leads and incentivize that network with compensation for their introductions. GetIntro relies on the power of networking with someone on the inside to gain a better understanding of user’s desired business as well as introducing employers to available jobseekers.

From the ground up, I was engaged in: competitive research, persona building, concept development, wireframing and high fidelity mockups.

Through the growth of platforms such as LinkedIn, it has become more and more common for jobseekers to try to get an “in” with a company. Many new hires are assisted by current employees through referral incentives and have an increased chance of getting their foot in the door. However, many jobseekers must attend conferences that may be out of their area or out of their budget to attend to make these connections. The other option is sending a blind message to a potential connection and hoping they are open to helping.
